This weekend saw the ultimate fan wanking experience as The Name of the Doctor aired on BBC / BBCAmerica on Saturday and bringing an end to series 7B. Written by Steven Moffat this story stars Matt Smith as the Doctor, Jenna-louis Coleman as Clara, Alex Kingston as River Song, the time squad of Neve McIntosh, [...]
We pride ourselves on being a diverse and unique site, during which we give you what we believe your opinion should be about a number of things. We are heavily focused on the geek side of the ledger sheet, and as such tend to focus on Video Games and science fiction. That said we thought [...]
This weekend saw the very split reviewed story Nightmare in Silver by Neil Gaiman. This one is as split as what Love and Monsters was, only worse because you have rabid Gaimanites out their decrying it as the best Cyberman story of all time. Staring Matt Smith and Matt Smith this story also guest stars [...]
Sometimes you just need to take a break and indulge something crazy, unexpected and delightfully reminiscent of your childhood heroes. In our case you might think that would be strictly bound to science fiction and most precisely Doctor Who, and it is…in a tangental sort of way. The being most responsible for our desire to [...]
This weekend saw the vastly cleaver and impressive Chupacabra vs. The Alamo on the SyFy channel, but we chose instead to watch The Crimson Horror. Staring Matt Smith as the Doctor and Jenna-louis Coleman as Clara this story guest stared Diana Rigg and Rachael Stirling (for the first time ever on the same screen). Written [...]

Substance Behind the Boobs
our "thumbs" are meant to be a protest of the stereotype being applied to "nerds" that we only like "dumb bimbos". While geeks and nerds alike appreciate the outer beauty of an attractive woman, we also seek inner beauty. We prefer strong women who also look good, over "hot" chicks who don't contribute to the story or civilization.
We value the ability of a female character to kill an alien, zombie, war lord, rampaging horde of mutant footballers above their outward appearance. After all what good is a pretty face if it is only going to be eaten off during the next Zombie Apocalypse. Our thumbs only depict strong female characters with excellent survival characteristics, and well developed plot lines.
There must be substance behind the boobs.
